Ozzy Osbourne’s oldest children, Elliot and Jessica Osbourne, were seemingly absent from his July 30 funeral procession.
Two of the Prince of Darkness’s children from his first marriage didn’t appear in photos from a funeral procession in Birmingham, England, where fans lined the streets to say a final goodbye as the rockstar’s family made their way down the street.

Ozzy’s wife, Sharon, and her children, Aimee, Kelly, and Jack, as well as one of Ozzy’s older sons, Louis, appeared overcome with emotion as they stopped at a bridge named in honor of Black Sabbath and laid flowers at a memorial.
Before starting a family with Sharon, Ozzy was married to his first wife, Thelma Riley, from 1972 until he started dating Sharon, his manager at the time. Upon marrying Thelma, Ozzy adopted her five-year-old son Elliot from a previous relationship before they went on to welcome Jessica and Louis.
Jessica and Elliot were notably left out of a statement from the Osbourne family announcing Ozzy’s July 22 death.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family’s privacy at this time,” the statement read. It was signed off as, “Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.”
It’s unclear whether Jessica and Elliot had a relationship with Ozzy in the years leading up to his death, but they did have a troubled relationship with him in their childhood.
In his 2010 biography I Am Ozzy, the Black Sabbath member called his marriage to Thelma “a terrible mistake.” Ozzy was absent from Elliot, Jessica, and Louis’s childhoods and admitted in the 2011 documentary God Bless Ozzy Osbourne that he doesn’t remember Jessica and Louis being born.
In the documentary, Jessica spoke about her father’s absence from her youth, saying, “My recollection from my childhood with dad is that he’d be away for very long periods of time, and there’d always be a period of adjustment when he came home, and then it’d get to normality and then he’d go again. So, it was a very erratic childhood with dad,” per E! News.
Louis, however, was close with his dad and younger siblings in adulthood and was present at Black Sabbath’s farewell concert on July 5. “I was sobbing at times. It was everything we wanted it to be and more,” he wrote on Facebook after the event, per BBC.
