If you’re taking your date to go see Captain America: Brave New World in theaters this Valentine’s Day, congratulations: You’re bad at this whole dating thing.
Jokes aside, we’re about to find out just how vital Chris Evans is to the Captain America franchise. This new Marvel movie will be the first Cap movie without Evans. Instead, Anthony Mackie—who previously played Falcon, and took over for Steve Rogers in Avengers: Endgame—dons the mask and shield. He’s already had a test run in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series on Disney+, but now we’ll see how the new Winghead holds up at the box office.
Also starring Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Xosha Roquemore, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Giancarlo Esposito, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford, Captain America: Brave New World finds our hero Sam Wilson at the center of an international incident, and at odds with the President of the United States (Ford)—who also happens to be the Red Hulk.

Is Captain America: Brave New World streaming on Netflix?
Captain America: Brave New World is not streaming on Netflix, and most likely will never be streaming on Netflix. This is due to the fact that Captain America: Brave New World is a Marvel movie. Marvel is owned by Disney, and Disney movies have a streaming home on the Disney-owned streamer, Disney+.
Is the Captain America: Brave New World movie streaming on Disney Plus?
Captain America: Brave New World is not yet streaming on Disney+. Right now, the movie is only playing in theaters. That said, we do expect to see Captain America: Brave New World streaming on Disney+ eventually. While a Captain America: Brave New World Disney+ release date has not yet been announced, we can make an educated guess as to when the movie will be streaming based on previous Disney releases.
Another recent Disney Marvel movie, Deadpool & Wolverine, was released on premium video-on-demand about two months after opening in theaters, and began streaming on Disney+ about three-and-a-half months after opening in theaters.
