We’ve had Scott Disick, the boyfriend and baby daddy. We’ve had Scott Disick, the home renovator. Now, we have Scott Disick, the movie star? Count us in!
In the latest episode of The Kardashians — titled “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King” — Disick reveals that he was tapped to star in an Adam Sandler movie at the start of last year. However, his now-former assistant, who was new at the time, accidentally declined the offer.
The former Flip It Like Disick star makes the revelation while catching up with Khloé Kardashian in the Hulu series.
“Big word on the street — you’re a fucking actor?!” the Good American founder asks, to which Disick replies, “That’s what they’re telling me.”
According to Disick, Netflix “keeps pulling” him into projects. But there was one in particular he wished he had said yes to.
“They offered me a movie in the beginning of the year, but my assistant — she was new at the time — she told them I couldn’t make it. Didn’t ask me,” Disick says. “So I passed on an Adam Sandler movie.”
The reality star calls Sandler a “legend,” admitting that he would’ve done the movie “for free.”
Disick didn’t specify which movie he was asked to star in, but Sandler currently has a couple of different projects in the works over at Netflix.
One of the movies is a fall 2025 coming-of-age film called Jay Kelly, which also stars actors George Clooney, Laura Dern, Billy Crudup, Riley Keough and Greta Gerwig. The other is Happy Gilmore 2, which will bring back Julie Bowen, Dennis Dugan, and Ben Stiller to star alongside Sandler when it hits the streamer sometime this year. The highly anticipated sequel will also feature cameos from Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and rapper Eminem.
Disick, for his part, doesn’t have many acting credits outside of his reality TV fame. He starred in two episodes of the Chrishell Stause-led web series Youthful Daze back in 2015, as well as an episode of Royal Pains in 2014.
It looks like he’ll be looking to Kim Kardashian, who made her acting debut in Ryan Murphy‘s American Horror Story: Delicate in 2023, for some tips when the next opportunity arises!
New episodes of The Kardashians drop on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. PT and Thursdays at midnight ET on Hulu.
